These are the essential costs required to operate GFAB Inc. as an incorporated association. They support our governance, compliance, digital systems, and volunteer‑run programs.

Governance & Compliance

• Consumer Affairs Victoria Annual Registration Fee $84.10 Required each year to maintain our legal status as an incorporated association.

Insurance 

• Public Liability + Professional Indemnity + Management Liability Annual premium: $1,527.00

• Equivalent monthly cost: $166.44 per month (1st payment $228.44 - application fee added)

This insurance is essential for protecting the organisation, volunteers, committee members, and participants during official activities and events.

 

Digital Infrastructure

These tools support communication, registration, scheduling, and the smooth running of our programs.

• Domain Name (3‑year registration) $44.55

• Google Workspace Email (admin@gfabinc.com.au) $13.20 per month Started March 2026 Total so far (March–May): $39.60

• Website Lite Plan $33.00 per month Started March 2026 Total so far (March–May): $99.00

These are our current operational costs only. Season 5 has not yet begun, and all Season 5 expenses (court hire, uniforms, equipment, etc.) will be reported separately in a dedicated financial update.​
